Our Health Savings Account (HSA)-eligible PPO insurance plans make it possible to take advantage of tax-savings opportunities while you protect your health.
• Three calendar year deductible choices: $2,200, $3,500 and $5,200. For family coverage, the calendar year deductibles are two-times the individual amount.
• 100% of in-network coverage for covered benefits after your calendar year deductible is met.
• Adult and child preventive care (deductible waived).
